I remember in the mid-90s speaking at an LES conference at the El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico.  An incredibly beautiful venue.  And thus I read this recent decision with interest (WHM LLC v. Northpoint, Inc.).

A three member panel has denied relief to the El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico based on insufficient evidence of rights.  A lesson to all in the need to submit adequate proof in UDRP domain name disputes.  One panel member dissents, saying:
