View Article  Ninth Circuit Issues Decision in Yahoo! Case

The 9th U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a complicated procedural decision in Yahoo! vs. La Ligue Contre Le Racisme et L'Antisemitisme.  I'm quoted in an article on the case at BusinessInsurance.com:  "Yahoo! ruling skirts key question" by Judy Greenwald:
