[I] spent an hour listening to each protege of mine spend his or her intellectual power on the question of whether BadAss 3.1 would hurt the sales of Mr. Orange Head--a round plastic orange-colored ball with a cute face that, when touched, told short children's stories. BadAss 3.1 was the same orange color over a square shape with a cute face that, when touched, said things like "You smell like puke," "Your boobs droop," "Your dick is teeny." The question is whether someone would buy BadAss 3.1 thinking it was Mr. Orange Head, give it to a child, and then tell all their friends never to buy Mr. Orange Head. In the end, I told Mickey Godon that her client had to change the color of BadAss 3.1 to avoid confusion. . . . [S]he came prepared with some handmade BadAss 3.1s. They were black with a green face, purple lips, and yellow eyes. . . . Leary smiled and said that was fine with Mr. Orange Head.
