Don't be scared by the German title: Recht der Domainnamen.  Although the first half of this book is in German, pages 298 to 527 provide brief summaries in English and German of the country code domains from A(rgentina) to Z(ypern) prepared by local practitioners.

Author Dietrich Beier, with the Munich office of Bardehle, Pagenberg, Dost, Altenburg, Geissler, has done an admirable job coordinating and translating summaries collected from contributors all over the world. He continues to operate a website relating to the book at www.domainnamen-recht.de. (In German).

Among the topics covered by the ccTLD summaries are:

The requirements for application

Transfer requirements

Enforcement of claims

Dispute resolution

I'm not qualified to comment on the German text, but the ccTLD summaries alone make this a useful volume.

The book was published early this year by Verlag C.H. Beck www.beck.de.

(Self-interest disclaimer: I contibuted the summaries for .com and .us).
