The Wall Street Journal reports today that Bush's new Supreme Court nominee, Harriet Miers, has experience as a trademark, lawyer, stating:

"Her work for Disney involved trademark matters." 

Ms. Miers also has represented Microsoft and SunGard Data Systems.
